Thanks. It is a useful download to keep and share. I am not great at Excel but, I imagine the pH and PaCO2 could be added.. the A-B d/o determined and then Winter's calculated, as well as other expected compensation, and delta-delta to boot.
The delta-delta is found on the tab at the bottom labelled Gap Gap. My thought was not to have a clinical calculator but just a way to quickly generate questions for students/residents/fellows.
